The 16 apartments of which the central body of Borgo Filicardo is composed are furnished with care respecting the Tuscan tradition and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning / heating, digital TV / SAT, WiFi network. Located on the ground or first floor, from the terrace of each apartment you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyards or the swimming pool.

The apartments are as follows:

One bedroom apartments (max 2 people): the apartments are situated in the main complex and are at ground or first floor. They each possess a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen(with sink, fridge, oven, cooker, utensils, crockery and cutlery), a sitting-room with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. If you wish we can add a child bed in the bedroom. Each apartment has a private covered terrace with a view of the pool and/or the vines, equipped with table, chairs,sinkand barbeque.

One bedrooms apartments (max 5 people): the apartments of 70 squaremeters each located in the maincomplex at ground or first floor. They each have a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen (with sink, fridge, oven, cooker,crockery and cutlery), a sittingroom with fireplace and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and single bed anda bathroom with shower. Every apartment has a private covered terrace with a view of the pool and/or vines equipped with table, chairs, sink and barbeque.

Deluxe Apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (max 6 people): Apartments of 120 square meters each located in the main complex at ground or first floor. They each have a double private entrance, fully equipped kitchens (with sink, fridge, oven, cooker, crockery and cutlery), a double sitting-room with fireplace and the possibility of a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds and single beds, two bathrooms with shower, double private covered terrace with a view of the pool and / or the vines equipped with table, chairs, sink and barbeque.

Apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom (max 4 people): Apartments of 80 square meters, at 50 metersfarfrom the main complex and the pool. It islocated on the first floor with access via a steep internal staircase. It has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen with sink, fridge, oven, cooker, crockery and cutlery. A large sitting room with a nice fireplace and large sofa, two bedrooms with double bed,one bathroom with shower and a small private covered terrace with a view of the hills equipped with table, chairs and barbeque.

Apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (max 6 people): Apartments of 100 square meters, at 50 metersfar from the main complex and pool. It is located on the first floor with access via a steep internal staircase. It has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen with sink, fridge, oven, cooker, crockery and cutlery. It has a sittingroom with fireplace and sofa, three bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a private covered terrace with a view of the hills and vines, equipped with table, chairs and barbeque.
